Kim Dionisio is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office and is a true Florida native, born and raised in South Florida.

After earning a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia, Kim had the privilege of serving as a legislative aide for the U.S. House of Representatives for three years.  She went on to attend the University of Florida, Levin College of Law where she pursed a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law and excelled in courtroom advocacy with Environmental Moot Court.

Kim has been fortunate to put her skills to work in a variety of legal settings, including four years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable K. Rodney May with the federal bankruptcy court in the Middle District of Florida.  Thereafter, she spent three years as a staff attorney within the Office of General Counsel for the Southwest Florida Water Management District.

In 2016, Kim was recruited to join the family business and practice law under her father, Dan Koleos and his long time partners and associates.  Kim has concentrated her practice in defending insured individuals and small businesses in various types of civil cases including negligence actions, premises liability, and professional liability.  She also maintains a case load involving insurance coverage litigation, bankruptcy matters and elder law affairs.

Away from the office, Kim enjoys coffee runs to Buddy Brew, spending time with her husband and two little boys, and all things Tampa.  Her family enjoys being out on the water in any capacity.
